One of the fun things about working at Brynn Capella is our art and fashion events. It is a perfect chance to enjoy local art, as well as, hunt for your fashion wardrobe.
This time Brynn took us to City Made Fest in the cute neighborhood of Andersonville. It was located on Clark Street between Argyle and Carmen, a nice area for walking in the fall. There were local brews on tap, live music, and vendors who are individual artists, craftsmen, and designers like us!
We were very excited to share our Fall 2014 collection, so we brought the new designs to the fest! Our biggest hit was, of course, our Lauren bag. Karla, a customer from last year, came back to our booth wearing her favorite black Lauren. She fell in love with our new color Mahogany, and had to add another Lauren to her collection for her new look this fall. Some other new colors such as Indigo Sky, Rustic Clay, and Sandstone were also very popular and picked up by lots of new and old customers.
Although summer has came to an end, who said that we can’t enjoy colorful bags for a little longer? So we brought some of our colorful Mini-Lauren and Lauren bags from our Classic Collection to City Made, which brightened the booth and were also a big hit.
We know that you love our Lauren and Nikki. But guess what? We will be bringing back our Zee and Edie! In their new looks! Brynn is the kind of designer who gets inspirations from not only the new fashion but also her customers and classic collections. The plan is for the re-design on Zee and Edie to launch Fall 2015. Another good news is that we are also considering designing a belt bag (Yes we know you want that!) and a mini-crossbody bag for Spring 2015.
Miss our faces? Come and see us at Indie Designer at the Randolph Street Market this weekend, and get huge discounts on some of our Close Out and Classic designs! We are very excited to see you and talk with you about what’s going on in the studio!
